We encourage you to think of The South Dakota Friends of Traditional Music (SDFOTM), a 501(c)(3), as part of your charitable giving.  When you make a gift to SDFOTM, you can designate it to support the General Fund, Music in the Schools Program or the SDFOTM Endowment.

SDFOTM Endowment

In 2025 the Family of James and Marlene Winker announced that SDFOTM has been chosen to receive at $150,000 endowment in partnership with the Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation. That fund is named The Winker Family South Dakota Friends of Traditional Music Endowment. The endowment is a permanent fund established by The Winker Family to provide ongoing and long-term support.
